Returns & Exchanges
Witproton.com solemnly commit, if the products have any quality problems within 14 days, we company accept exchange or return them.
Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return. Returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging.
You are responsible for all shipping costs.
We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange items once it is inspected.
If you request to return or exchange any item(s), please Contact us first to process your return or exchange.
You may return a product for refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date (The order shipment date and order notification are provided to you by email).
All returns must be accompanied with a Return Merchandise Authorization Code (RMA Code). See below for instructions.
Please note that 14-day is the report time for wrong product, damage or defect. So we highly recommond you to check the stuffs ASAP when you receive the order, and contact us ASAP if anything happens.
If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or simply changed your mind.
you will be responsible for the return shipping cost and restocking fee of non-defective merchandise.
Please note that the item returned must be in its original packing in salable condition and mailed in an appropriate size shipping box(please do not assemble or modify the product in any way).
Out of Stock or Discontinued Items: some products on our website are exclusive design and sold in a limited edition, that means only a limited number is available.
So if you return a product for replacement and it is Out of Stock or Discontinued when the item is received, you may be contacted by the Witproton.com customer service team and offered a suitable replacement or option for a store credit.
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
1. Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
Contact our Support Center as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations.
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 1 months warranty time-frame.
2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
3. Items under the following categories: Promotion, Mobile Phone Case, Earphones Case, Mobile Phone Holder are not covered by the warranty.
4.We do not accept returns on defective items,or items that simply did not sell.
Note: All returns must be authorized by the Witproton Team. Returned item without authorized will not be accepted.
Returns Process & Time-FramePlease carefully follow our returns process to minimize any delays:
1. If your item is returnable (see above), please submit a ticket in our customer service team stating your:
• Order number
• SKU number and product name
• Reason for return
2.Our customer service team will respond to your request within 24 hours and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Code with our returns address.
To return an item, you must get a Return Merchandise Authorization Code from us. please follow this procedure:
(1)Select the order which you would like to return,and contact customer service team for submit ticket, Order Code, SKU Code, Products Name, return reason to obtain the Return Merchandise Authorization Code.
(2)After you get your Return Merchandise Authorization Code,you will received the returns address from customer service team.
(3)Return processing time depends on where the package being sent from.
3.Please return the item according to our customer service team instructions and send us return proof in the form of the tracking number and a valid return receipt.
4.You are responsible for all shipping costs，this includes shipping fees for a return or exchange.
5.Once we have received the returned item(s), we will email you and arrange an exchange or a refund within 14 days, and will be deducted during the Handling fee in your refund.
Replacements or repair will be provided for any defective product within the specified warranty period for that product.
1.12 months warranty: You’ll have to be responsible for shipping costs and extra fees for parts if needed.
2.1 month warranty: Repairing is free for all items in warranty period, you’ll have to be responsible for shipping costs.
3.If your merchandise has been carelessly damaged by yourself,Replacements will be the only recourse for returns after 14 days from the delivery date have passed.
But you’ll have to be responsible for shipping costs and extra fees for parts if needed.
